choosing psu

dunno whether the psu are able fit in my case
I find that my case support a standard PS2 psu ,which has 150mm x 86mm x 140mm dimension
but the antec one is a tad longer than that   (150mm x 86mm x 160mm)
So, could it fit in my case?


Also, which one is more appropriate for my PC, 520W or 620W?
