A question about english

obviously I am not good at english
my teacher always said that even our class is the top of the school
the most outstanding student just able to get level 5 in the HKDSE at most

maybe that is a bit shocked to me...
so...I want to know that what is your effective way to learn english?

don't told me that find tutor is a good way
It seems that the price of a tutor is too high to me

I am also not good at English.  
But I will watch more English moive & read more English news paper, that also can help you on face to learn English.

"practise" is correct in here,as it is a verb(British English)
though the Americans also use "practice"(noun) as a verb

don't forget to give a verb in a sentence,remember the simplest sentence structure: subject+verb+object

    u should say 天才A's post not 天才A post, beacuse its his post and i love should be i love it... it dont make sence it u love adn dont tell wat u r liking... and would ...u  should and and i would like to watch it... or you can change the whole into 天才A's post. i would love to watch it ^^
