for 騎乘, there are server devils, all the devils with 敏捷 are used for 騎乘
you can find them on gwiki
however, 敏捷なケルベロス is the easiest one that you can get because it gas the lowest lv, and the equipment is free. most of the equipment are bought from cp, or get from devils, so it's difficult for you to get them

well, there are some possable (BAD) solutions.
1: up lv to 21 and get a 21聖獣, then waste SOME money to search for the quipment
2: catch a未熟なオルトロス(魔獣15) and waste SOME money to search for the equipment.
4:get a 霊鳥20, and waste some money to buy the equipment(this one is easily)
3: up lv till 40, and i will help you to get a 未熟なデカラビア, and i will give you the equipment
for 抗銀, you can ask other members, i believe they would also like to go to 抗銀.
there are many different Ds

well, for japanese olgame, you can buy Webmoney.
Webmoney can be bought from MK(in 信和地庫丅Vgame店)
or u can buy though network. the most easiest is though cconline.
