you can know which one you are below you character's name on the login page.

for conivence, i suggest surfing gwiki, and try to read those information( it maybe difficult, but most of common parts have japanese-chinese,which i think you can understand 7~80%)

精霊is obtained by combining devils of same class.
the easilest for you to get lv 7 is from the two 地霊 that you can meet.
